Before starting the machine, it should run empty for about 10 minutes, observe the vibration of the equipment, whether there is any abnormal noise in the equipment, and check the tension of the transmission belt.
(1) The locomotive should be grounded reliably, connected with the foot bolts reliably, and the placement should be stable to ensure sufficient operating space.
(2) Before starting the machine, check whether the bolts of each part are loose. If the bolts are loose, they should be tightened in time. Turn the knife roll by hand, there is no jamming, and it can be used after the knife touches the knife.
(3) The start button should be flexible and reliable, with good contact, the sound of the locomotive should be normal, and it is strictly forbidden to start without phase.
(4) The feeding should be uniform, and fingers are not allowed to stick into the rubber stick.
(5) The gap between the fixed and moving blades should be adjusted properly, generally 0.4-0.5mm, and the blade edge should always be kept sharp.
