What is the plastic recycling process?

1. The shredder shreds large pieces of waste plastic into small pieces. In order to reduce the volume of the material, the waste plastic should be broken into small pieces for easy cleaning in the next step. The bi-weekly shredder is specially designed for film, which is easy to wind. The single-shaft shredder is designed for hard materials, high efficiency and energy saving.

2. The inside of the crusher is subjected to water-containing crushing, friction cleaning, sedimentation and separation of impurities, and the crushed materials containing impurities are cleaned to meet the recycling requirements. The friction cleaning machine specially designed for film cleaning can effectively clean impurities. Then the cleaned material is sent to the sedimentation tank for separation. The cleaning process saves a lot of manpower and realizes continuous automatic production.

3. Heating and drying. The squeezing machine adopts centrifugal dehydration, spiral squeezing and high-temperature hot air drying technology to strictly control the moisture content of the finished film within 5%. The water content of the hard material is within 3%

4. The crushed sheet film is extruded into plastic particles through the extrusion system of the compaction bin granulator. A forced feeder is used to melt the hard plastic fragments and extrude them into round, strip-shaped particles, and the plastic is thus recycled for the second time.
