High Speed Friction Washer,We also calledStrong friction washing machine, is a high efficiency washing equipment in washing plant especially for PP PE big bags,films, woven bags with high contaminated impurity like paper labels,sand.
It’s the key washing machine in washing plant which can decide whether the material could be cleaned enough or not.
Strong Friction Washing Machine consists of a high-speed rotor, enclosed by detachable screens.
A high-speed rotor ensures materials fully “scrubbed” and “beat” inside the screens. Multiple nozzles spray water to the screens to constantly unclog the screens.Contaminants and dirty water are then discharged via holed screens and collected at the bottom.
The High Speed Friction Washer could complete maximize friction and bring out impurities and contaminants under 750~1200rpm speed.
